UNNPR in institutional dialogue with local public authorities to improve the efficiency of succession procedures
Laura Badiu, President of the National Union of Notaries Public of Romania (UNNPR), participated in the extraordinary session of the General Assembly of the Association of Communes of Romania (ACoR), held from 7 to 12 July 2026 in Jupiter, Constanța County.
During the meeting, the President of UNNPR presented how cooperation between notaries public and local public authorities can contribute to improving the efficiency of succession procedures, highlighting the willingness of the 15 Chambers of Notaries Public to support local authorities in clarifying matters related to the opening of succession proceedings.
The Union was also represented by Sergiu-Sorin Marina, Vice-President of UNNPR, and Cătălin Badin, Deputy Director General.
The Union’s participation in this event reaffirms the notarial profession’s commitment to maintaining an ongoing institutional dialogue with local public authorities for the direct benefit of citizens.
