Information regarding the e-Terra system
According to information provided today by the Romanian Government, security, functionality and performance testing of the e-Terra system is progressing, and the platform is expected to resume operations during the course of next week.
For notarial instruments executed during the period in which the e-Terra system was unavailable, notaries public will take all necessary steps to register them in the land register as soon as the system allows applications to be submitted.
